Because our products are food items, we follow strict quality standards.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product damaged during delivery
Incorrect product delivered
Expired product delivered
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, photo of the product, and description of the issue.
Once the issue is verified, a replacement product will be sent or a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We do not accept returns for opened food products, products damaged due to misuse, or change of mind after delivery.
